At Rooted Threads, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at support@rootedthreads.store. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to make things right!

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@rootedthreads.store.
